Vero Beach isn't just where I sell real estate. It's home.
I've lived here for more than 50 years, raised my family here, built my career here, and watched Vero grow from the small coastal town of my childhood into the community so many people are discovering today.
After more than 20 years in real estate and 150+ homes sold, I've learned that helping someone make a great move is about much more than finding the right house. It's understanding the neighborhood, the lifestyle, and all the things that come with owning a home in Florida, from insurance and flood considerations to property condition and even the little nuances you may not know to ask about.
That's especially important when you're new to Vero Beach. Central Beach feels very different from the mainland. Indian River Shores is different from South Beach. Sometimes the right fit isn't where you originally thought it would be.
My job is to listen first, understand what's important to you, and give you the information you need to make a decision you feel good about. No pressure. Just honest guidance, local knowledge, and someone in your corner from beginning to end.
And long after closing, I hope I'm still the person you call when you need a great restaurant, a trusted local service provider, or simply want to know what's happening around town.
Because I don't just sell Vero Beach, I really love living here, and I love helping other people find their place here, too.
